Pricing
Prices of Sigma books vary from series to series. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Refer to each book's individual web page for its recommended retail price and bulk discount prices available to schools.
Bulk Price
Available to schools only – $4 discount per book on RRP.
Purchases of 20 or more books required (mixed titles OK).
Once a school has purchased over 20 books in a given calendar year, any further books purchased that year (replacements, new students) will be provided to the school at this bulk discount price regardless of numbers.
Please note an invoice will be sent to you with prices adjusted if your order qualifies for the bulk buy discount.

Postage and Packaging
$7.50 to $9.50 per delivery depending on quantity ordered, urban / rural delivery will be calculated at time of ordering.
Delivery
All orders are sent by Courier (Toll) except for PO boxes deliveries.
Allow 2 to 4 working days for delivery.
Please Note : All orders will be left at your nominated delivery address (front door or mailbox) if nobody available to receive.
Please supply your mobile and/or email address - for delivery tracking and fill in any Special Delivery Instructions when placing your order.
Delivery only to New Zealand addresses.
Packing slips are sent with each order – please check pocket on outside of cartons.
Invoices are emailed to schools when order is dispatched.
Payment
Sigma extends credit accounts to all New Zealand schools and educational institutions.
Payment is due on the 20th of the month following delivery.

Returns Policy
Books may be returned in saleable condition up to 6 weeks after purchase.
Damaged books will not be accepted; please pack returns tightly to avoid damage in transit.
Accounts will be adjusted and a statement issued when books are returned or swapped.
