Graeme and Rowena provided warehouse and distribution services for SIGMA Publications for a number of years before the opportunity came up to purchase the business from Keith and Wiesje early in 2020 taking over ownership of the business in August 2020.

Graeme has a background in sales and business management having worked in Sales, Regional and District management roles throughout the North Island. Rowena was in public service as an enrolled nurse having trained and served for 30 + years in the Tauranga public hospital.

“Having had three children of our own go through the public education system in New Zealand and now with two grandchildren in primary and secondary schools, we are very aware of the difficulties both parents and schools have in keeping students interested and achieving in the basics of English and Mathematics” Graeme says.

“So when the opportunity came up to purchase SIGMA and to try and make a difference for the young people of New Zealand and their future we couldn’t say no”.
