- Accounts - Due 20th of the month following purchase. Late payment may incur an interest charge.
- Private Sales - Payment due before orders are dispatched.
- Returns - Account holders only - Unwanted books must be returned in a saleable condition, within six weeks of purchase, to qualify for a credit on account or for replacements to be sent.
- Returns - Non Account holders - not accepted.
- Overseas Enquiries - Please contact us if you require delivery outside of New Zealand.
