Returns Policy
Books may be returned in saleable condition up to 6 weeks after purchase.
Books may be swapped for other titles up to 3 months after purchase.
Damaged books will not be accepted; please pack returns tightly to avoid damage in transit.
Accounts will be adjusted and a statement issued when books are returned or swapped.
To avoid confusion, please wait for an adjusted statement before paying.
Sigma is not duty bound to refund book purchases once a sale has been concluded via our credit card facilities.

If you find you have selected the wrong level of write-on book for your child, Sigma books may be swapped for other titles in the same series up to 1 month after purchase as long as the original book(s) are returned to Sigma in an undamaged condition and are able to be sold again. PLEASE NOTE : Damaged books will not be accepted; pack swapped books tightly to avoid damage in transit. Swapped books must be returned at the customers expense and another courier charge will be made.
